SG777 Lucky Neko: Reading the Cat Multiplier Step by Step

SG777 Lucky Neko is the busiest board in the PG Soft set, and the cat multiplier is the part that trips players first. This page follows the number from the base game into the free round.
Trailhead: the multiplier box beside the reels, which starts every confusion and ends most of them.
SG777 Lucky Neko: What the Board and the Cats Do
On PG Soft’s page the map reads 6 reels across and 5 rows down, crowned by a bonus reel that spans reels 2 to 5. The base game runs on two named features, Wilds-on-the-Way and cat symbols.
| Landmark | What PG Soft prints |
|---|---|
| Board | 6 reels, 5 rows, extra reel above reels 2 to 5 |
| Cat symbol | Adds 2 to the multiplier |
| Free spins | 10 or more from 4 scatters |
| RTP | 96.73% |
| Volatility | Medium |
| Maximum win | x100000 |
The multiplier is the single moving part. Each cat that lands moves it up by 2, so a board with three cats moves it by 6. For exactly how that number meets a given win, open the in-game info screen; it is the signpost to trust.
Where the Cat Multiplier Trips People
- Mistaking the multiplier for a payout. It is a multiplier on a win, so it does nothing on a spin that has no win to multiply.
- Miscounting scatters. Players see three scatters and expect a round, but the printed trigger is four.
- Reading the ceiling as a target. The figure x100000 is the top of the printed range on a medium-labelled game, and the same figure appears on Mahjong Ways 2, which uses a very different mechanism. Compare that with the Mahjong Ways 2 page if you want the contrast, or start with the simpler Mahjong Ways cascade route.
The Route to a Plan
A plan for this game has three lines and fits on a card.
- Budget and stake. Divide one by the other to get the spin count.
- The trigger. Four scatters, not three.
- The stop. When the spin count runs out, close the game.
Players who prefer a smaller board can start on Fortune Tiger’s 3x3 grid and move here later. The PG Soft slots list shows where Lucky Neko sits, and the PG Soft section holds the rest.
A Short Worked Example of the Multiplier
Take a base-game spin where three cat symbols land and a win is paid. Each cat adds 2, so the multiplier rises by 6 in that spin.
| Step | What happens | Multiplier change |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | One cat lands | +2 |
| 2 | Two more cats land | +4 |
| 3 | Win is paid | Applied as the info screen describes |
The info screen decides how the multiplier applies to a win. The table above shows only the arithmetic of the cats.
Destination and Where to Open It
The game opens from the PG Slot tab once you are signed in. Use your returning-player login from an address you typed, and if you prefer a phone, the SG777 app route explains how installs differ from the mobile page.
Trial play is a separate question. PG Soft’s own pages offered no trial link, so the demo page lists what to check on the lobby tile.
How to Get Started
-
Spot the extra reel
Open the game and look above reels 2 to 5. That extra reel is part of the design, not a loading glitch.
-
Keep an eye on the cats
A landed cat pushes the multiplier 2 higher; follow that number beside the board rather than the coin tally.
-
Learn the scatter gate
The printed trigger is 4 scatters, and the free round it opens lasts 10 spins at least. That count is the printed trigger, so a near miss on three is only a near miss.
